Eight Oddly Good Movies For Your Entertainment Delight

Americans have long had a love affair with their actors, and of course, we all love movies too. There have been a a small number of movies that have become classics, as much for the celbrities as for the movie. While any lists of the "best" will always miss someone's favorite, here are a few films starring some cool stars.

And an all-time beloved of many, Casino Royale. This is an old-style James Bond escapade. The wit is gone, and a tough and gritty 007 is trying to take down Le Chiffre, the investor for terrorists. Bond must conquer Le Chiffre in a huge money poker tournament to help the C.I.A. capture him.

And an all-time beloved of many, Frequency. John Sullivan lost his dad thirty years ago. He is still affected by the passing. Somehow with the use of his dad's old ham radio, he can be in touch with his father, when his dad was still alive. He warns his father of the fire that would kill him. This saves his father but sets off new actions that now must be resolved, or John's mother will now die.

Fade-In is a weird little movie made concurrently with Blue, in reference to love event between film editor Loden and guy she meets when performing on location. Not extremely great, however an absolute curiosity on no account discharged theatrically. Cast includes Burt Reynolds, Barbara Loden, Noam Pitlik, Patricia Casey, James Hampton, and Joseph Perry.

A timeless from the year 1968 "Dracula Has Risen From The Grave". Dracula runs afoul of small-town monsignor while he chases the churchman's gorgeous blonde niece. Cast includes Christopher Lee, Rupert Davies, Veronica Carlson, Barbara Ewing, Barry Andrews, and Michael Ripper.

A memorable from the year 1958 "House on Haunted Hill". Zillionaire Price offers group of individuals $100,000 each if they will endure a night in a spooky old mansion with a haunted history. Cast includes Vincent Price, Carol Ohmart, Richard Long, Alan Marshal, Elisha Cook, Carolyn Craig, and Leona Anderson.

A timeless from the year 1946 "Ivan the Terrible" Continuance of the fable of King Ivan IV, in which he takes on the boyars in a battle for power. Extraordinary dvd is just a hint underneath its predecessor, Prohibited by Stalin due to dubious illustration of Ivan's secret patrol, and not released till 1958. Cast includes Nikolai Cherkassov; Serafima Birman, Mikhail Nazvanov, Pavel Kadochnikov, and Andrei Abrikosov.

Indian Love Call is a unforgettable film from the year 1936. 15-year-old Arikara (Crawford), his horse, and his becoming a man. Cast includes Johnny Crawford, Jay Silverheels, Pat Hogan, Robert Crawford, Jr., and George J. Lewis.

Colleague X was a classic film from the year 1940 Structure with American Gable heating up arctic Russian Lamarr a streetcar conductor. Feigned romance premise by no means convinces; Bressart has awesome closing line, Cast includes Clark, Gable, Hedy Lamarr, Felix Bressart, Oscar Homolka, Eve Arden, and Sig Ruman.

There you have a quick list of some of the best films. Of course, there is more because we will always have a love affair with our motion pictures.
